Qantev is a claims management platform built with a specialized layer of artificial intelligence which replicates the decision-making process of a medical expert. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.This privacy policy outlines how Qantev collects and uses your personal data when you visit our website, or interact with our services. It also outlines your privacy rights and ensures the protection of personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and other applicable data protection laws.

Qantev SAS ('Qantev', 'We', 'Us') acts as the Data Controller for the processing of Personal Data described in this Privacy Policy. Qantev is registered with the Trade and Companies Register (RCS) of Créteil under number 847752789, and registered in 14 Avenue du Général de Gaulle 94160 Saint-Mandé, France. Data Processing

1. CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA

  • Customer & Business Contact Data: Contact details, business information, and information relating to representatives of our clients, and other business contacts related to providing our services.

We do not collect special categories of sensitive Personal Data unless explicitly required for legal reasons or provided with your explicit consent. Note: Any health or insurance claims data processed by the Qantev AI platform strictly on behalf of our clients are governed separately by a Data Processing Agreement, under which we act exclusively as a Data Processor.

2. METHODS OF DATA COLLECTION

We collect your data through different methods depending on our relationship with you:

Qantev as Data Controller: in the following contexts, Qantev determines the purposes and means of processing your Personal Data.

a. We collect information through:

  • Direct interactions: When you provide data by filling out forms (e.g., contact or demo requests), corresponding with us to learn more about our AI solutions, or during our service delivery.
  • Business contacts: When we collect business data through direct communication with customers and partners to manage our relationship.
  • Recruitment and Careers: When you apply for a position at Qantev, whether through our careers page, or via third-party Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms.

b. We do not automatically collect Personal Data when you browse our websites as we follow a strict "Privacy by Design" approach. Unlike many platforms, Qantev does not use any advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics cookies. We prioritize your privacy by minimizing data collection during your visit.

Qantev as Data Processor: we may process other Personal Data on behalf of our clients; in such cases, the processing activities are described in the agreement between Qantev and the client. The purposes, legal bases, and retention periods for these processing activities are defined by the client's own Privacy Policy.

3. USE OF PERSONAL DATA

Qantev ensures that all Personal Data is processed with the highest standards of security and legal compliance.

a. Qantev as Data Controller:  We use your Personal Data in the following ways to operate our business and provide our services:

  • Service Delivery: To provide, maintain, and manage our AI solutions (using Customer & Business Contact Data).
  • Customer Support: To respond to your inquiries, demo requests, and general communications.
  • Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations (e.g., accounting or data retention requirements).

b. Qantev as Data Processor :

   1.  Personal Data will be processed:

  • Solely for the purposes defined in the contract and/or the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) executed with the client.
  • Strictly in accordance with the documented instructions provided by the Data Controller.
  • In full compliance with all data protection laws applicable to our processing activities.
  • Using sub-processors only when engaged with the prior written authorization of the Data Controller.

   2.  Consequently, for any request regarding your data processed in this context, we invite you to contact the relevant Data Controller directly, as they are the primary point of contact for exercising your rights. If a Data Subject request is sent directly to Qantev, we will redirect it without delay to the applicable Data Controller, who remains responsible for responding to and fulfilling the request.

4. LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING

Qantev conducts all Personal Data processing strictly upon established lawful grounds, which include the following:

  • Consent: Where you have provided your explicit consent.
  • Legitimate Interests: For our legitimate business interests , unless these interests are overridden by your rights and interests.
  • Legal Obligation: Where we need to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation (e.g., data retention requirements).

Our website uses only a strictly necessary cookie provided by Cloudflare to ensure network security and optimal performance. We do not use any analytics, functional, or advertising cookies.

11. RECRUITMENTS AND CAREERS

Qantev collects and processes Personal Data submitted through our corporate website or external Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

a. The categories of Personal Data processed in this context consist of the following:

  • Contact Information: Name, email, and phone number.
  • Resume & Career Data: Education, professional experience, and skills.
  • Assessment Data: Interview notes and related assessment data.
  • Technical Data: Information collected via our recruitment platform.
  • Additional Information: Any other Personal Data you voluntarily provide to us during the application process.

b. Purposes and legal bases

  • Recruitment Process: We process your data to evaluate your application based on our legitimate interest in assessing your suitability for the role, and to take pre-contractual steps prior to potential employment.
  • Future Opportunities: With your consent, we may retain your profile to contact you about future job openings.

c. Retention Period: We retain your applicant data for a maximum of two (2) years following our last contact with you, unless you request its deletion prior to this period.
